Avoiding Evolution!

I really should be studying instead of writing this blog. In fact, all of my blogs are written in moments when I should be doing something else. I am the queen of procrastination. ^_^

Wow. Maybe I should stop writing them. I mean, no one reads them.....

Lisa tells me this is because I don't write personal stuff. But this is because I have the emotional capacity of a teaspoon. Yeah. Really.

So. You may be thinking "why the new blog?" And if you weren't, I'm going to pretend you were.
Well, dear reader, that's a good question. Yeah. I'm also going to pretend people are reading my blog.
I don't know why I made a new blog. I got sick of my old one but I couldn't bear to delete it. So here's another one!

And you may be thinking "What's with the name 'Brightly Coloured Glass'?"
Oh. Well. This name has some deep and profound origins. It might be too personal to share with you, but since we're already on "dear" reader terms, I might as well.

Its because, a long time ago, in my youth...(well, really last year), I went for an adventure to a wonderful unknown place (really, it was St Lukes Mall) and stumbled across a magical place (really, it was Natures Window). As I gazed around at all the sparkly overpriced wonder, my eyes fell upon the most beautiful item in the world! A Kaleidoscope!

Now I have minutes of fun with it before my eyes get sore and then I put it back on my shelf. I like kaleidoscopes. I want to live inside one. ^_^

And as you know, kaleidoscopes have brightly coloured glass inside them! Well, some of them do. Mine has plastic because it was made in China.

It was either that or 'the dog is wearing diamonds!"
